We have an exciting vacancy for a Special Needs Assistant to join our excellent Early Years team.
The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a highly motivated EYFS Teaching Assistant to work across Early Years to support a child with SEND on a 1:1 basis. You will ideally have the relevant experience to support a child with complex communication needs and an autism diagnosis.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, warm and caring individual who is able to develop a supportive relationship with the child and their family for the purpose of improving educational outcomes, self-esteem, and resilience. The role may include providing emotional support, following individual, structured programmes and contributing to multi-agency meetings.
