£22,581 to £24,861 per annum including London Weighting Allowance per annum

Facilities and Support Services is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to join a small team in providing a range of services to the College community. You should have a can-do attitude with the ability and willingness to learn new skills. Your role will primarily support the Central Reprographics area of the service, but will include clerical work and cover to other areas of the service as required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous administrative experience and basic IT skills including Microsoft Office. Some knowledge of graphics applications as well as technical expertise would be an advantage.
Effective communication skills and team working skills are essential to this post. In addition, you will need to display accurate numeracy and literacy skills, together with an understanding of confidentiality and health and safety matters in the workplace.
