Pay Range: S01/SO2 - £14.38 per hour to £16.71 depending on experience
Hours: Min 22.5 hours per week, days and hours negotiable, working all year round

Responsible for: Contractors, Suppliers, Lettings, Policy, Premises & Health & Safety for all sites across the SILC
Role: Under the direction of the Business Manager, the Facilities Officer will provide comprehensive operational facilities management to ensure the school environment is safe and secure for all stakeholders, working across each of the 5 sites within the SILC, as required. The Facilities Officer will be the first point of contact for premises and health & safety related queries and will form part of the wider site team, will maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors and hirers of school facilities and manage a budget for buildings, maintenance and health & safety. The Facilities Officer will also be responsible for the school vehicles and caretaking staff.
