£44,000 to £50,000 (with £5,000 uplift for English or Maths specialists)
We’re looking for a dynamic, inspiring leader with high expectations and ambition for students across a range of subject areas.
You will play a crucial leadership role in the evolution of our curriculum, the continual improvement in teaching, learning and assessment and the professional development of our staff to raise the achievements of our students.
Of the qualities you have, you will be passionate about staff and student success and you will be driven to make their experience the best it can be. You will think rationally and strive to make the correct decisions, you will be able to earn the respect of the staff in the Faculty and you will be a great team player striving for the collective success of BCoT.
You will have experience of curriculum management and development, of quality improvement and you will have a track record that demonstrates the impact that you have had on students and their achievements. You’ll also know how to gather, analyse and interpret information to help you effect change and improvement.
