Richmond and Hillcroft Adult and Community College provides an impressive environment to support learning. We deliver courses to meet the needs, interests and abilities of adults, as well as an exciting events calendar featuring concerts, drama, lectures, workshops, displays and fairs throughout the year.
We are looking for individuals with excellent film and animation knowledge an ability to reach learners at a range of levels and those who can demonstrate they can create an exciting and creative learning environment.
As a variable hours Tutor, you will join our bank of teaching staff and will be offered courses if and when that match your area of expertise. Hours are variable and cover daytimes, evenings and weekends. You will work closely with Programme Leaders in the designing, planning and delivering courses which stretch and challenge our learners as well as preparing a variety of learning materials, providing guidance to learners on progression options, attending termly meetings and completing course administration.
To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
To share and support the academy's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
Individuals would be teaching at either our Parkshot site in Richmond or Hillcroft site in Surbiton.
