This is a new full time position and will be offered initially on a one year contract with possibility of extension.

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Resources Officer to join our happy team, who has outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills as well as the flexibility to adapt to the challenges of the school day. The role includes supporting the School Business Managers with financial and office administration as well as working alongside our School Administrator and Welfare Officer in the front office welcoming parents/carers, children and visitors to the school.
The successful candidate will work as part of the administration team to ensure all financial services are handled in accordance with regulations to a high level of accuracy and efficiency and confidentiality. You will enjoy being part of a team, and have a strong customer facing focus. It is essential that you have knowledge and experience of finance, working in an office and of dealing with the public. You must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and e-mail. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a school or child-focused environment and hold a first aid qualification.
