The Kingston Academy seeks a Finance & HR Assistant to provide support to our Finance Manager in ensuring that all Trust transactions are accurately processed from initial order to payment and that school finance processes are adhered to at all times.
The successful candidate for this role will join us at an exciting stage in our development. Our recent Ofsted inspection last year was hugely positive, judging the school to be Outstanding in all categories and identifying no areas requiring improvement. The project to build a large modern extension with state-of-the-art STEM facilities to house our growing school is nearing completion. The addition of a new Year 7 intake in September 2018 has brought total pupil numbers to over 700, whilst our original History Makers, now in Year 10, are well into their GCSE programme of work. In addition, planning for the development of our Sixth Form has begun in earnest.

- Meeting with a panel of our pupils for informal question and answer session;
- Written safeguarding exercise;
- Interview with Finance Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Head Teacher
