Reporting to our Finance and HR Lead within John Madejski Academy, your role will involve providing a comprehensive financial administration service as well as supporting in HR and recruitment administration within the school. This is a dual role where you will get involved in finance and HR (including recruitment) administration, working alongside and learning from, experienced finance and HR colleagues.

Our successful Finance and HR Assistant will have:
- NVQ2 or equivalent qualification in HR and/or Finance; or relevant experience in Finance and/or HR;
- An excellent eye for detail along with strong analytical skills;
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and escalate queries effectively;
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook.
