The Finance Department is looking for a motivated and proactive individual to fill the role of Finance Officer.
The successful candidate will be organised, methodical and have a good understanding of financial administration processes and effective communication skills.
You will be a team player who can work cooperatively, logically and carry out tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
You will have experience using financial systems and have a good general level of IT skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that correct procedures are followed and issues are dealt with in the appropriate timescale.
This role also requires an excellent telephone manner, confidence in using Excel spreadsheets and counting and preparing money for banking.
The day to day duties will include processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, setting up suppliers and customers, reconciling the bank statement and other cashiering duties.
The closing date for applications is Friday 18 October 2019.
We intend to hold the interviews on Thursday 24 October.
The successful candidate will join the Finance Department.
