Required from September 2019, a conscientious and enthusiastic Food Technician to undertake a technical support role within the Design and Technology department. An ability to take responsibility for preparing resources, equipment and ingredients, submitting department orders and maintaining a clean and safe working environment is essential, as well as being able to encourage, support and supervise the activities of students. Good organisational and communication skills (oral and written) are required. A willingness to undertake First Aid and Food Hygiene training is essential.
The post is for 35 hours per week (8.30am to 4.00pm including 30 minutes unpaid break), 39 weeks per year (38 weeks Term Time plus 5 Non-Pupil Days)
