The Sir Robert Woodard Academy, part of the Woodard family of schools, is a dynamic and popular 11–18 academy located between Worthing and Brighton, serving the students of Lancing, Sompting and Shoreham.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recent graduate looking for a support role within education and to really make a difference as a graduate academic tutor. If you are a confident high achiever with some previous experience working with secondary aged students - perhaps in a tutoring or voluntary capacity - this could be the role for you. The successful candidate will have recently gained a first class or upper second class degree and will feel passionate about inspiring and supporting students to reach their full potential.
This is a fixed term contract for one academic year from September 2020 to July 2021. 37 hours worked per week, Monday-Friday during term time plus one week in the holidays. Actual salary: £14, 869pa.
