Graduate Trainee Lecturer
College location: East Surrey College (Redhill) or John Ruskin College (Croydon)
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
Hours: Full time (37 hours/week)

In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to develop skills in the core duties of a lecturer whilst supporting and shadowing existing lecturers in class.
You will be funded to complete a DET (Diploma in Education and Training) teaching qualification, and apply the knowledge, skills and experience gained from the teacher training programme in your role.
The successful candidate must have:
•A degree with a specialism of either Maths, English, Science or a SEND related subject
•A driven, self-motivated attitude with a desire to succeed
•Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
•Strong IT Skills (including the use of Microsoft Office packages)
