We are looking for a high performing individual to coordinate our dynamic GAP team. Committed to outstanding customer service with a "can do attitude", you will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the Employability Facilitators, maintaining our trailblazing work experience profile across the sector.
Your skills will include the ability to set targets, organise and coordinate high volumes of work and monitor data. Additionally, you will promote Careers Education across the Group; including Work Experience, Industry Placements and Employability workshops and Enrichment opportunities online, whilst maintaining the GAP website.
As an outstanding team player with excellent communication skills, you will develop positive working relationships with colleagues across the college, as well as external stakeholders, including employers and community partners to ensure all students have high quality GAP opportunities and experiences of work.
Your personal skills will include an ability to work to tight deadlines, strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail when working with data to comply with SFA and Audit regulations. The ideal applicant will benefit from good knowledge of College systems and reporting tools; adherence to College protocols, service standards, safeguarding and due diligence.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and positive motivator coordinating cover across the College group including Watford, Hemel Hempstead and Luton Campuses with; Open days, College Introductory Meetings, Employer meetings and events.
