Newham College is seeking to appoint a highly skilled and competent Group HR Manager to join our dynamic team who has extensive experience in employee relations.
The successful candidate will join a highly performing HR team and will make a significant contribution to all areas of employee relations, trade union consultation, student complaints, training and development programmes and performance management.
If you have excellent working knowledge of advising senior management, working consultatively with trade unions/employee representatives, overseeing management information and data, implementing workforce development strategies and communicating ideas and complex technical information, then we would like to hear from you.
If you can work to tight deadlines, present high quality reports, facilitate training courses, manage and diffuse a range of conflict situations and work flexibly to meet changing demands, then we very much welcome your application.
