We are looking for a Head of College to join our supportive and talented team. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
Our school has recently become a 'virtual school' to reflect the current temporary school closure. However, we still need to prepare for the re-opening of the school. We are looking to fill vacancies as our school continues to grow. Interviews will be held virtually rather than at our school premises.
This role is permanent, 37 hours per week, Term Time only + 5 inset days + 10 days during school closure periods and CLF evening events. Part time working will be considered.
What we are looking for:
The Head of College provides students with support for their attendance, achievement, progress and destinations, during their time at the CLF Post 16. They support students to attend and ensure they reach their full potential both academically and personally and provide mentoring to identified students in need of extra support and guidance.
The CLF Post 16 provision is delivered across two CLF academies, John Cabot Academy and Bristol Brunel Academy. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with teams across the trust.

About the Cabot Learning Federation

We currently sponsor eight secondary academies and eight primary academies, an all through provision, Digitech Studio School and a discrete Post 16 provision and an alternative provision which consists of one primary and two secondary phases.
