We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, passionate and motivated Head of Digital Learning to provide a compelling vision that offers guidance, consultation, and professional learning to ensure our technology best serves our students, teachers and parents.
Working closely with the Director of Learning, Headteachers and Principal, this is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver professional digital learning programmes in its broadest sense. These will capture effective, differentiated facilitation of learning and reliable and accurate assessment of learning.
A key element of the role will be to create a world class online learning platform that will attract people from all over the world. The platform will be a hybrid of online learning resources supported by live interactions with teachers.
The successful candidate will be an experienced digital leader with the vision and strategic skills to position St Christopher’s to the forefront in education technology. Entrepreneurial instincts and high levels of commercial acumen are essential, as are the relationship building skills and flexibility to operate successfully and ensure that the digital experience of St Christopher’s students is cutting edge. Experience of the education sector, at school group or system level, or in higher education, is desirable but not essential.
