The directors of The Blue Kite Academy Trust wish to recruit an outstanding Head of HR to join our growing multi academy trust. As part of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to sharing our vision of working together and supporting our schools to achieve high outcomes for children and embrace the opportunity to develop a first class HR service for all our employees.
You will be joining a small, central team who are dedicated to supporting our schools in delivering an exceptional education for all our children and developing a thriving organisation where all our employees feel truly valued.
The successful post-holder will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational excellence across the trust and will work with the senior leadership team to develop HR strategies and employment opportunities to ensure the trust is an employer of choice.

We anticipate this to be a full-time term-time role with some hours worked during periods of school closure. However, we are able to consider flexible working options and alternative patterns of work for this role and would be happy to explore that further with candidates. We are committed to offering flexible working options that meet the needs of the trust and offer our employees a good work/life balance.
There will be some requirement during the academic year to attend events or meetings outside of your normal working hours.
The salary is negotiable depending on relevant experience and agreed working pattern.
