This role requires a hardworking, inspirational QTS teacher and leader who can demonstrate creativity and innovation in their planning and leadership of the maths department.
We want our students, through your leadership, to see themselves as mathematicians and the importance of the subject to their wider world. We want them to apply our Core Concepts and see maths as an integral part of their development. This is a great opportunity for someone to lead a hardworking maths department and work closely with a strong middle leadership team. You should be driven towards continuing to raise standards in student achievement, engagement and the overall quality of education across KS2 & KS3.
We need a leader who is passionate about their subject and keen to drive their department to provide young people with the best possible education, whatever their background or ability. If you care about the success of all students and have the energy, enthusiasm and experience to make that success a reality, we would welcome your application.
