Head of MIS and Reporting
Salary: Grade 4B £35,322 - £36,648
We’re currently looking for an exceptional Head of MIS and Reporting to join the management team at Stoke on Trent College. You will take lead responsibility for leading the MIS and Examinations team, ensuring that accurate learner records, readily available KPI’s to monitor performance, curriculum planning support, a JCQ compliant examinations system and all data and information are captured, retained and processed securely in accordance with the expectations of the General Data Protection Regulations.
You’ll have at least 3 years’ previous experience in a College environment and an expert understanding of the funding methodologies for all funding streams, EFSA funding audit and recent experience of examinations and JCQ requirements. In addition, the successful applicant must have a good knowledge of SQL reporting and ProSolution.
Experience of managing and leading teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to provide an excellent service, is also a must.
