We are seeking an outstanding candidate who will work closely with the Executive Head, and other Senior Leaders and Trustees, to drive forward the school into being a truly exceptional place to learn and work, at the centre of our community.
We are at a very exciting time in our development and the ‘Head of Operations’ role will play a very significant part within this.
The role covers a range of important strategic and operational areas, particularly linked to the operational success of the school site, for both the school and as part of our income-generation strategy.
We are very keen to make better use of our extensive and developing resources in order to attract other streams of funding. Experience in project management is important, as well as the ability to set out and pursue a strategic approach to commercial income generation are vital, as is the ability to manage external contracts, securing the best possible value for money. An example of this is our catering provision and contract. He may also have some experience in marketing and/ or HR.
We are a rapidly expanding school and are very ambitious to establish a community-focused Multi-Academy Trust. Success with this would certainly provide opportunities for the role to develop. The role is very much part of the Senior Leadership Team.
