Head of Quality Improvement £46,293 to £49,203 per annum
The role: To provide positive leadership and management by creating a supportive and innovative environment that encourages commitment to the service and achievement of high standards in teaching, learning and assessment.
You will lead the service on teaching, learning and assessment, self-assessment and improvement planning processes at all levels providing guidance and challenge for departments to reach the highest standards possible.
With demonstrable experience of leadership and management in an education environment and demonstrable experience in meeting and/or exceeding key targets in relation to learner outcomes, you will also have excellent project management, data management and analysis skills.
A degree or professional qualification and a recognised teaching qualification at level 5 are essential.
