Further Education colleges providing education and training to 16-18 year olds and adults from

Over the past few years the College has strengthened its position in the London FE landscape through an ambitious strategic plan that has delivered improvements across all aspects of our work. We were rated good by Ofsted in 2017.
We are currently in the process of developing one of the most impressive FE estates in London and our new £80m campus provides us with the opportunity to deliver an agenda which transforms how FE and skills are delivered. We are looking for inspirational leaders who will challenge, develop and motivate teams and individuals to achieve excellence in all aspects of College targets. Emphasis will be placed on leadership, operational management, business innovation and promotion of continuous improvements in educational and financial outcomes to ensure student experience is of the highest quality.
It is expected from the post holders that they will have a contemporary and forward thinking approach to curriculum design. Where appropriate, they will also manage and oversee the commercial aspects of the learning centres.
