We are seeking to appoint a Head of School to work within Horizon Academy Trust. The post will be based at Biggin Hill Primary Academy. The successful applicant will be expected to work closely with the Executive Headteacher to share excellent practice and improve outcomes for children across the Trust.
Salary: Leadership L16 – L20
(Group 4 R14 – R27)*
* The salary range has taken into consideration the group size of the school.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the school, however the Executive Headteacher will retain the statutory responsibilities.
You should be able to provide evidence of effective leadership that creates a culture of high expectations and aspirations, and raises standards, ensuring that all children reach their full potential.
