Branas School is a small independent special school providing specialist education to boys aged 11 to 18 years with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and who are residing in the Branas Isaf residential homes.

We are looking for an outstanding leader who can demonstrate a great track record, a comprehensive understanding of both the Education and Care setting for SEN/SEMH and the drive to develop positive and engaging relationships with all the key stakeholders who work closely with our teams.
You will be an expert in your field, bringing best in class experience with a clear vision and understanding of the link between leadership and true impact.
You will have a real eye for detail – knowing that our absolute commitment to the Safeguarding of our children and young people is our top priority. You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment that we operate in and the demands that this places on all aspects of our work.
