An exciting opportunity to lead a Single Academy Trust.
Esher Church School is a two form entry primary school based in Esher in North West Surrey.
We are a Single Academy Trust, looking for a dynamic and wholehearted Headteacher; a leader to take our school forward as we embark on the next chapter of our story, maximising the freedoms that academy status brings to provide an outstanding education and one that fully prepares pupils for the challenges of the 21st Century.
Ambitious for the future, we are also deeply committed to our Christian ethos which is one of loving care and respect for all. We are not a faith school for Christians but a Church school for all.
As the successful candidate you will have experience of working as a senior leader in your current role and have a genuine passion for education and an enterprising approach to securing the very best for the whole school community. Committed to our Christian Values, your practice will be built on collaboration and mutual respect.
In return we can offer a competitive remuneration package and pension scheme, a highly supportive board of Trustees and a full induction programme including professional coaching support.
Closing Date: Midday Monday 25th January 2021
School Visits: We will follow Government advice and will do all we can to facilitate school visits for interested candidates, be they in person or virtual, and conversations with trustees and our education advisors.
Interviews: 4th-5th February 2021 (we hope at least one day will take place in person with the relevant social distancing measures)
to start in September 2021 or earlier if possible
