Archbishop McGrath Catholic High School in Bridgend are looking for a Headteacher with the energy, and vision to build on their significant achievements, continuing to raise standards within their caring, inclusive Catholic ethos.

Archbishop McGrath Catholic High School is a popular school located on a purpose-built site in Bridgend since 2011. There are 879 learners on roll, including a strong 6th form, with around 50% of learners from Catholic families. The school has positive relationships with the Archdiocese, the local authority, and the regional consortium.
They require a committed and practising Catholic to lead their inclusive school community, with a strong personal faith that will encourage others to live the school’s mission and a positive attitude towards supporting the Welsh language, culture and history, and a distinctly Welsh curriculum and assessment strategy in Wales.
