We are seeking a Headteacher who shares our values and ambitions, and who can demonstrate the vision, drive, resilience, experience and personality to build upon our success to date. Our current Headteacher and staff have achieved much collaboratively and we are looking to maintain that positive progress towards Outstanding.
Linden is a secure “Good” Ofsted rated school, with a strong ethos on providing children with a memorable learning experience and one that nurtures each and every child. Our new Headteacher should be a strong, approachable, compassionate and supportive leader who is passionate and knowledgeable about the pursuit of teaching and learning in schools and has a love of working with children.
