Coleman Primary School offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere where pupils feel safe and well cared for, in a positive and happy learning environment.
Following the retirement of the current Headteacher, Nigel Bruen, Governors are seeking a Headteacher, from August 2022, who understands and shares our values and ambitions and who can demonstrate the vision, drive, resilience, experience and personality to build upon our successes to date. The current Headteacher, Nigel Bruen, and staff have achieved much collaboratively and Governors are looking to maintain that momentum and make further positive progress.
Coleman Primary School has most recently been rated by Ofsted as a 'Good' school with a strong, clear ethos, nurturing each and every child and providing them with memorable and relevant learning experiences.
The new Headteacher should be a strong, approachable, compassionate and supportive leader who loves children and is passionate and knowledgeable about the pursuit of excellence in learning and teaching in primary schools.
