Richmond upon Thames College (RuTC) is one of London’s most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year old’s and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years. In November 2017, Ofsted judged the college good in all areas and this outcome complements the college’s recent results, which were the best in over a decade.
At the beginning of 2018, Richmond upon Thames College commenced a construction of the new college campus, which is due for completion at the beginning of 2020. This exciting and innovative new learning environment will be located within the grounds of the current college site, so remains convenient for public transport links – it is adjacent to the A316 and just a short walk from Twickenham rail station and a number of regular London bus routes.
We are looking for a capable and motivated individual who is experienced in all aspects of planning, delivery, marking and quality assurance of the BTEC Health & Social Care course materials at level’s 1, 2 and 3. You will need to be flexible, forward thinking and creative in your approach to teaching.
Due to curriculum growth within the Health, Social Care and Early Years Department, we are now in a position to employ dynamic, highly motivated, experienced lecturer to join our committed team. Full time and part time, applications are welcome.
From September we are expanding our provision to offer Access to Midwifery, so would also welcome applications from those who have strong healthcare/midwifery industry experience and who are looking to develop their career in healthcare education.
