Higher Level Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at Minerva Primary Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning. This is a fixed term position required from 01/09/2021 until 20/05/2022. It is 32.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, term time only plus inset days.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in the post, we are looking for someone who will complement the work of teachers by providing whole class release time (PPA) or taking responsibility for teaching small groups of children. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities or being responsible for specific provision for individuals/groups. Take a significant role in the educational, personal and social development of designated students under the direction and guidance of the Principal, SENCO and class teachers. Support students to enable them to access the curriculum, completely engage with their learning and achieve their full potential. Deliver measurable impact on student attainment as well as social and emotional well-being.

About the Cabot Learning Federation
The Cabot Learning Federation is a diverse Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in the South West. We currently sponsor eight secondary academies and eight primary academies, an all through provision, Digitech Studio School and a discrete Post 16 provision and an alternative provision which consists of one primary and two secondary phases.
