Hours: 37 hours per week | Term Time plus 1 week

Salary: Grade 7, Points 19-22 (Actual salary £25,307 - £27,667)
We are looking to appoint a skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide an exceptional level of support to our students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will be required help those who experience barriers to learning to achieve the best of which they are capable and enhance their education. We want to help our students to build confidence and inspire them to reach their goals by supporting their learning, and increasing participation and attainment.
The ideal candidate will be patient, caring and supportive while remaining resilient and will be passionate about helping students with additional needs. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a teaching assistant and with experience of achieving an educational impact for students with SEND. A specialism in literacy or numeracy would be an advantage.
