Salary GLPC F 20 – 24 (£25,295 pa FTE to £27,905 pa FTE)
NOR 364 (two-form entry). Growing to 420 by September 2021

We are establishing a new role in school to lead our excellent team of TAs . This is an ideal position for a highly qualified Teaching Assistant with substantial experience working with pupils across the Primary age range and a passion for improving the outcomes of all children.
As our TA team leader you will play a crucial role in expanding our excellent provision. You will be an expert classroom practitioner with high expectations and ambition for yourself and your team, have effective communication skills and be able to relate well to adults and children alike, enabling all to flourish.
