Location: Acorn School, Winkleigh, Devon
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)
Contract: Term Time, 38 weeks of the year plus 6 days)
Essential: Applicants will be Level 3 Safeguarding trained and will have and proven experience of the Early Help process.
As Phoenix Education is expanding, we are looking for resilient, experienced HLTA for Pastoral Support to join our dynamic team at Acorn School in Winkleigh. This is an exciting time to join the Acorn team as we look to expand the school on its brand new site in the beautiful countryside of Winkleigh.

The successful applicant will support the designated safeguarding lead through strong home liaison and support and have the skills and commitment to support students and their families using a multi-agency approach.
They will be responsible for ensuring that the behaviour, safety and welfare needs of each young person are met, supporting learning and helping to monitor behaviour interventions, whilst promoting positive wellbeing across the school.
