We will support successful candidates in completing the HLTA qualification. In the TA hours, the successful candidate will support classes. In the HLTA hours, they will assist in planning and then deliver lessons, assessing and feeding back to the teacher. They will cover PPA, NQT and Leadership release time on a set timetable. In 2021-22 they will be covering for 4 afternoons and 1 morning. If you are aspirational and enjoy covering classes, this might be the job for you!
