Grade (I) all year round is Scale Points Range 17-20 : £27,041- £29,577
Pro rata salary (term time only) £23,056.64 - £25,218.98

We are an improving small school with a staff team who are both enthusiastic and committed to our children and families. Nursery Hill Primary school is currently working in partnership with the Cromwell Learning Community Multi-Academy Trust on their school improvement journey.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working Higher Level Teaching Assistant who will offer a good education and facilitate the learning of all our children.
You will need to hold a relevant HLTA Status meeting the national professional standards for HLTA (has equivalence to NVQ Level 4), have good communication skills and excellent literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent, Grade C or above) plus good ICT skills. You will need to have experience of working with KS1 and KS2 aged children as well as a desire to support pupils to reach their full potential through one-to-one work, group work and whole class support/lessons under teachers’ direction.
We are seeking a HLTA who can offer specialism in Music and PE to work with teachers to deliver high quality lessons during PPA.

- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Understanding of the educational system and current developments
- Ability to motivate and to support learning
- Willing to provide extra-curricular activities
Additional skills and experience:
- First Aid experience
- A good understanding of safeguarding
