Temporary to August 2022 – Home School Liaison Officer £20,092 - £21,322
This is a fixed term position required for 37 hours per week, term time only
The Governing Body wishes to appoint a Home School Liaison Assistant. The primary role of this post will be to improve whole school attendance figures, reduce the percentage of persistent absenteeism and continue to raise the profile of the school within the local community.
In addition the post holder will work tirelessly to build positive relationships with key pupils and their families. This will ensure that all young people leave school having secured qualifications and life skills that will be essential in maximising their future opportunities. Hours of work required will be 37 Hours per week, Term-time only.
Milford Haven is situated on the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast in an area where housing is inexpensive and the quality of life is second to none. There are currently 1054 pupils on roll, which is due to increase in the next few years.
You will need to be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) for this post.
