The College is seeking an enthusiastic and flexible permanent Lecturer with good interpersonal skills to teach, assess and tutor students on a variety of VRQ, NVQ and BTEC levels Entry 3 to Level 3 Hospitality and Catering programmes in back and front of house specialist areas of work (Food Preparation & Cooking/Food & Beverage Service).
You must have appropriate vocational qualifications to carry out the responsibilities of the post. You should have experience in a professional kitchen.
You will need Literacy and Numeracy Level 2, or the willingness to achieve this.
