We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Adviser to join us. In this pivotal role you will provide professional proactive support to a number of stakeholders in ER cases, including performance management, organisational change and absence issues. This truly generalist role will undertake project work and provide HR advice and guidance to managers and staff which supports the implementation of the College’s strategic HR objectives, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
You will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or be working towards), and Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English.
To be successful in this role you will have had previous experience in a HR role and in confidently managing ER cases to conclusion. You will need to be comfortable with prioritising your own workload and working to tight deadlines therefore being pro-active and organised is essential for this role.
The post is for 28 hours per week, working over 4 days including Mondays.
Coventry College has a campus in Bell Green and the City Centre, you must therefore be able to travel between sites.
The successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
