We are looking for someone keen to work in a busy and fast paced school environment providing first line HR support in our newly established Multi Academy Trust.
The ideal candidate will be looking to develop and expand on existing HR experience and knowledge, with a positive, flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential, together with the ability to provide professional, timely and confidential HR support. A practical working knowledge of IT applications is required including word processing, maintaining spreadsheets, databases and contributing to management reports. HR qualifications at Level 3 plus and/or previous experience of working within a school would be advantageous.
