We are excited to offer the position of HR Business Partner to assist in the delivery of an ambitious Workforce Strategy across our campuses in Cambridge and Huntingdon.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Director of HR and wider HR team in delivering the Workforce Strategy. You will also make a leading contribution towards an effective front line service delivery within the HR team, working directly with internal or external service users across a range of operational HR activity.
Experienced in case management and change management you will have the ability to actively challenge and influence others in order to deliver the strategy. You will be a driven, self-motivated and empowered HR professional who is looking for a challenging but rewarding role. A fantastic communicator in order to build strong relationships with service users and college management, this role will provide variety and experience for aspirational HR professionals.
