The University of Chichester Academy Trust is an innovative Trust and our passion is to improve educational outcomes for children and young people. We work collaboratively with our 15 academies (900+ staff) across West Sussex, Portsmouth and Hampshire within our Trust who share our values; we have a growth plan of up to 30 academies. The central HR team are located in the beautiful grounds of the University’s Bognor Regis campus, although this post will require you to visit our academies occasionally.
People and solutions focused, you will offer a breadth of advice, guidance and support to enable senior leaders to be confident in managing employee issues, in a fair and consistent manner, in line with Trust policies and practices. You will contribute to creating a culture that realises the Trust’s vision and delivers its People Strategy, which through action places the Trust as an Employer of Choice, optimises the use of technology and ensures equality, diversity and inclusion is embedded in all that we do.
This is a role that is challenging, varied, rewarding, stimulating and at times demanding, but one which you can make a real difference and a strong impact. Thriving on continuous change, your knowledge and experience, together with CIPD member status, will ensure you contribute, add value and help shape HR provision and whole school improvement.
