Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a HR Director to work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies consistent with the college’s strategic aims and priorities and, in so doing, support a culture of co-prosperity where individuals can thrive and deliver the college’s ambitious plans.
In October 2019 the College was officially commended as ‘Good’ by Ofsted, we celebrated some of the highest pass rates in England, ranking us in the top 10 nationally for the third consecutive year and we are in good financial health. The successful candidate will be a values-led, HR professional with a proven track record of leading high performing HR teams to achieve success in a dynamic organisation. You will be an active and proactive member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing guidance for all aspects of HR and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level; a good understanding of further education is highly desirable.
