Salary: BSM D Grade £14.11– £16.06

Due to development and growth within the organisation an exciting opportunity has become available. We are looking to appoint a HR Manager to join our busy vibrant team at The Brunel SEN multi Academy trust.
The post holder will work as part of a team to support our continued growth working closely with our individual educational provisions and ensuring the HR brand and service is paramount to supporting the organisation.
The role would be suited to someone who is willing to work innovatively to continually improve the HR service providing effective support across the HR function ensuring quality service is delivered at all times.
The role requires an ambitious, flexible approach with an excellent communication and leadership style who can build relationships and have the ability to identify and introduce processes to support the growing organisation ensuring teaching & learning remains at the heart of the school function. The HR Manager will lead the HR team on a day to day basis, grow and strengthen their team and will have direct line management accountabilities. This role will be the first point of contact for escalation queries in relation to employment law - including employee relation cases, terms and conditions of employment and training.
Along with relevant experience the ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 or above equivalent qualification and will have an understanding of education terms and conditions of employment.
