ICT Helpdesk Technician
£21,156 per annum
If you have a passion for delivering a first class information technology provision combined with excellent customer service, then this role if for you!
Working as part of a team you will be one of the first points of contact for staff and students to report ICT issues and faults. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer equipment as well as resolving technical problems across the college. This role is part of the ICT out of hours on call rota typically one week in 5.
