Inclusion Teaching Assistant
1 x full time temporary post until 6th October 2020 to 30th March 2021,
£18,065 - £19,171 pro rata
32.5 hours a week 39 weeks term time only
Required to start 6th October 2020.
The Governing Body is seeking to appoint suitably qualified, committed and enthusiastic teaching assistant to work as part of a dedicated inclusion team.
Post - The role is to support a child in Key Stage 2 with additional learning needs (social and communication).
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to establish good working relationships with children, staff and parents. Good standards of literacy and numeracy are essential, as is a very strong commitment to inclusion and a clear commitment and desire to work with pupils with additional learning needs. An understanding of the needs of children with ASD would be an advantage in this role.
St. Cadoc’s is a Catholic school and all staff are expected to be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school and sign a Catholic Education Service (CES) contract.
