Reigate School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Inclusions Manager to join our outstanding, oversubscribed school in Reigate, Surrey.
Reigate School has an outstanding team of staff working together to ensure our children have the opportunity to excel in all areas of the curriculum. Staff are supported by a Trust, Governing Body and Senior Leadership Team who all value the contribution made by every member of staff.
The successful candidate will:
• support the work of the school in raising the achievement and aspirations of vulnerable students;
• supervise the Children’s Support Centre, working daily with vulnerable students and building relationships;
• develop and implement long-term behaviour plans that will guide staff to support students to overcome barriers to learning;
• assist the Deputy Headteacher/Associate Assistant Headteacher in working proactively with children who are at risk of permanent exclusion.
This is a term time role working Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 4.30pm, 35 hours per week over 39 weeks per annum (with a one-hour unpaid lunch break). The full time equivalent annual salary is £24,240 - £26,866. The pro rata annual salary is £20,274 - £22,470.
