Surrey South Farnham SCITT, Surrey’s largest and leading provider of Primary Initial Teacher Training (ITT) is looking for a Cohort Lead to join the team.
We are an outstanding and highly regarded provider (OFSTED, Good Teacher Training Guide, 2015 and 2017). We train over 140 teachers in schools across Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex and the London Boroughs each year and contribute to ITT at a national level.
We are looking for someone who has the confidence, passion, flair and ability to take a lead role in shaping the future of school based initial teacher training. You will be a highly active member of the team, fully committed to training the next generation of outstanding teachers. You will have demonstrated your expertise within the classroom, have contributed to school leadership and have a secure understanding of the current OFSTED framework for ITT, the routes into teaching and current national reforms (i.e. Early Career Framework).
