The Trustees and Governors are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, and experienced IT Manager. The IT is a key role and central to the organisation, reporting to the Principal and being line managed by the Business Manager, they are responsible for providing comprehensive support and resource infrastructure in ICT for St Rose’s network and to ensure data security and compliance with all necessary legislation and accreditations.
The successful candidate will have one direct report – IT analyst and a part time IT technician. They will provide strategic input to the leadership and governors. The ability to communicate and influence at all levels is essential.
The post is full-time (37 hours per week) and all year round, with 6 weeks holiday entitlement.
St Rose's is a non-maintained special school for students with severe, complex, profound and multiple learning difficulties. We have provision from 2 to 25 years; with our post-19 students attending St Martin’s, our on-site college. We have on-site residential provisions for school students and post-19 students and employ our own nurses, therapists and care team. We also have our own hydrotherapy pool which is used by our own students and hired to external users.
