This is an exciting opportunity for someone to fully embrace the 'can do' culture and positive ethos of Weston College as an IT Support Technician.
In this primarily customer-facing role, you will be responsible for the installation, support, and development of the IT provision within the Weston College. Ideally, you will have a relevant and appropriate technical qualification (e.g., NVQ 3, BTEC National, and / or Higher Award), significant experience of providing excellent customer service with good all round IT support skills within a technical IT related role. Also, good basic network skills, AV skills with good awareness of ITIL Service Management practices is desirable for this role.
