We are seeking a SEND Employment & Employer Engagement Job Coach to support learners who are progressing into employment. The role will involve proactively engaging with employers, internal and external services to build sustainable relationships, sourcing and maintaining work development opportunities, overcoming barriers and achieving positive outcomes.
The post-holder will work as part of a team to develop and deliver high-quality job coaching within the college and within the workplace environment ensuring sustainable paid employment for learners with autism. They will be expected to deliver individualised learning programmes in partnerships with local employers and curriculum staff.
